All families must review and sign the parent/student handbook, membership agreement, safety waiver, and required registration forms before a student participates in class. The full comprehensive list of our policies can be found in our parent/student handbook.
Monthly Tuition
Forza uses a flat monthly tuition model.
Some months have five class weeks and some have four. These differences are built into one consistent monthly price.
Tuition reserves the student’s spot in the program. Tuition is not based on a guaranteed number of classes per month.
Tuition is not discounted, refunded, or prorated for:
-
Scheduled holiday closures
-
Weather closures
-
Missed classes
-
Vacations
-
Personal conflicts
-
Partial attendance
-
Choosing not to attend
Payment
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. First month’s tuition and any required registration fees are due before the student’s first official class. Families may choose to keep a payment method on file for automatic monthly billing. If automatic billing is selected, tuition will be charged on the 1st of each month unless membership has been canceled according to the cancellation policy.
Families who prefer not to use automatic billing may pay manually each month using an approved payment method. Manual payments are still due by the 1st of each month. If payment is late, Forza will contact the parent or guardian to resolve the balance. Families are expected to keep accounts current in order to maintain their student’s class placement. Repeated late payments may require a different payment arrangement.Returned checks, failed payments, or declined transactions must be resolved as soon as possible. Any bank or processing fees caused by a returned payment may be the responsibility of the family.
Families are responsible for keeping their payment information current and notifying Forza of any payment method changes.
Accepted payment methods may include card, ACH/bank transfer, cash, check, or other approved methods.
Refunds are not issued for missed classes, partial months, vacations, scheduled closures, or failure to attend. Any account credits, if offered, are at Forza’s discretion.
Cancellations
Membership cancellations must be submitted before the 15th of the previous month.
Example: To cancel for November, notice must be given before October 15.
No refunds are issued for missed classes, partial months, vacations, or failure to attend.
Class changes are subject to availability and approval.
